The pool and garden
| Set in the small hamlet of Saint Leon at the end of a country lane, the house is set within fenced grounds with a pool, a children's play area and ample lawn space. Both La Fermiere and Le Pressoir have a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is a shared laundry room with a toilet. |

The heated 11 x 5 metre heated swimming pool has a fully retractable pool cover to enable swimming in all weather and is both fenced and alarmed. It easily accessed by roman steps in the shallow end. The pool is surrounded by a large sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers. When both the gites are rented by the same group, the pool is private. |
| The pool is open from Easter until October. The pool and gardens are shared between La Fermiere and le Pressior. |
