It can sleep 18 in the 8 bedrooms, seven of which are ensuite the eighth having a bathroom just next door. It has a fully equipped kitchen dining room, a second kitchen, large sitting room and a large open plan sitting dining room.

Outside the private terraces have garden furniture and barbecues. There is a laundry room with a toilet.
Within the half acre fenced garden there is a shaded play area and the 11m x 5m heated private pool has a fully retractable cover that enables swimming in all weathers from late April until the end of September.
